But alas, only having put about 20k on the clock in five years (odometer on about 83k now) says it all in terms of my need for a vehicle, so time to sell.
New tyres have just been put on the back (it's rear wheel drive, tiptronic). Despite the low kilometres over recent years, it's still been regularly serviced and I have all documentation including even it's Japanese history in that regard (during my time the ignition coils, spark plugs and high-tension leads have also been replaced, among other items).
For some of the past five years the car has been parked in an under-cover carpark. Prior to me purchasing, I had an AA inspection completed, which the car came through well (and I have this documentation too).
Car has an alarm and immobiliser and two sets of keys with remotes. In addition to the factory stereo, there seems to be some additional remnants of another system in the console between the back seats. I'll pass on the hands-free phone unit that was in the car when purchased and throw in my small tube of colour-matched touch-up paint (lol).
For the purchaser I'd also be happy to run through the tips that were passed on to me and that I've additionally learned through experience about driving/caring for a rotary.
Please contact me on 021 99 10 16 for a test drive.
Thanks
Iain

Bagging multiple awards, including Best Musical at both the Laurence Olivier Awards and the Tony Awards, CATS is considered among the all-time favourites of musical theatre fans.
This new production of the Andrew Lloyd Webber masterpiece will visit 16 cities nationwide in April and May. As well as, being the first major theatrical performance at the $127.5 million refurbished Christchurch Town Hall it will also visit Auckland and Wellington and many of the larger regional theatres throughout New Zealand - details below.
Since its world premiere, CATS has been presented in over 30 countries and has been seen by over 73 million people worldwide. CATS is based on Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats by T. S. Eliot. The musical tells the story of a tribe of cats called the Jellicles and the night they make what is known as "the Jellicle choice" and decide which cat will ascend to the Heaviside Layer and come back to a new life.

- Helper with Horses (REF 198)
This Upper Hutt organisation is looking for volunteers to help children and young adults with disabilities to get out doors on these beautiful animals. You'll be leading the horse or walking with rider while providing physical and moral support. Help with grooming is also needed. Training is on the job and there is even a national training scheme available for people who would like to become instructors. You'll need to have a reasonable level of fitness, be compassionate to the rider's needs and be able to practice common sense around the horses.

Knowing your neighbours is one thing, but actually spending time together is to write a much richer story together... an opportunity to have fun, learn more about each other, and recognise that the strings that connect us often run much longer than just the length of our streets.

This month is all about bringing your community together and having a great time! We want March to be all about celebrating the connections we have while making new ones along the way. As we all know, what makes a neighbourhood great isn't the houses and cars, gardens and streets - it's the people who share their presence and aroha with each other.
A wonderful way to take part is to participate in Neighbours Day Aotearoa which is celebrating it's 10th anniversary from March 22nd to 31st. To help you get started, we love their suggestions for 10 little and 10 big ways to get involved. (link below)
Let us know how you're celebrating this month by tagging us in your posts + using the following hashtag so we can see what you get up to:
