Cute Ngaio cottage is crying out to be renovated
Whoever buys 44 Tarikaka Rd had better like a challenge
The semi-derelict Ngaio house, which has been owned by the same people for more than 30 years, is clearly ripe for renovation. It’s a classic three-bedroom “doer-upper” on an elevated 615 square-metre section.
The property, which has an RV of $670,000, goes to auction on September 25, 2020.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
