The letter from Quinovic advised neighbours new tenants had moved into their area and encouraged them to contact the company with “any concerns about the property and its management”.
It was delivered to residents of a Hutt Valley street and was signed by Quinovic Hutt Valley manager Maritza McCrae and sales manager Helen Vance.
What do you think of Quinovic asking neigbours to monitor tenants?

WHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT ME
I listen well. I know my name and have an understanding of basic training, I feel I can be trained further with the right owner. I am very eager to please.
I love cuddles and the presence of people and dogs. Although, I can feel insecure in new situations and in unfamiliar places. Once I experience more of the world, I will become more confident. I wouldn't mind having another dog to play with and don't seem to be bothered by cats, I mostly want to say hi and try and play! Because I can be unsure in certain situations, it is best that I live with older children, teens or adults that are experienced with handling and playing with dogs.
Of course, I am one of a kind! I have a slightly abnormal hindlimb conformation which is likely due to genetics. This doesn't cause me any issues, however is something a new owner needs to be aware of as it may mean I don't live as long as most other dogs.
Any serious adopter is encouraged to discuss this with one of the vet team to fully understand my medical history. Any new home would be lucky to have me, I do hope people don't overlook me because of this. If you think that you're the right home for me, contact the canine team!

If you look out the front windows of the gallery, you can point to many of the scenes beautifully captured in his paintings. Alan loves to paint outdoors and can often be seen perched somewhere on the side of the coastal road to Eastbourne, sketching a magical view and atmosphere before him. He loves painting in watercolours almost as much as his wife Sally, he turns 94 during his exhibition and then on Dec 9th they celebrate 65 years married, Congratulations Alan and Sally.

Today we are here to talk about retrofit double glazing. But what is it?
The name kind of gives it away, right? Anyway, it is the process of replacing a single glass pane with double glazed units, filling the gap between the panes with a poor conductor gas or leaving it under vacuum.
But why would you do it?
The gap between the panes acts as an insulator (for more info, ask a chemical engineer about heat transfer in different materials xD) keeping the heat inside and therefore reducing your power bill as well as making a small (but important!) step towards a more sustainable planet. During summer, the opposite happens, it keeps the heat out and your house cool.
There are other benefits, like reducing noise and condensation inside the house
Check out our website no8recyclers.co.nz..., there you can find more info and see all the many other workshop services that we offer
Cheers!
