Lower Hutt pilot for Local History School kits.

High St Lower Hutt, the original 1906 frontage to the Hutt County Council, later King George movie theatre. The architect was Frank Greenish who worked with W O Beere. Frank Greenish sister Lucy Greenish [of Taita] had her office as the first female architect in NZ over the road.
