This month is all about bringing your community together and having a great time! We want March to be all about celebrating the connections we have while making new ones along the way. As we all know, what makes a neighbourhood great isn't the houses and cars, gardens and streets - it's the people who share their presence and aroha with each other.
A wonderful way to take part is to participate in Neighbours Day Aotearoa which is celebrating it's 10th anniversary from March 22nd to 31st. To help you get started, we love their suggestions for 10 little and 10 big ways to get involved. (link below)

One will leave from Titahi Bay and one from central Porirua at regular intervals, there will be return minibuses to take you back too. You can also walk or cycle there along the coastal walkway, or over the hill down Whitireia Road.
Weβve added some great new activities for land dwellers as well, or for when youβve finished snorkelling. Anyone aged 8 and above can snorkel (equipment provided) and the land activities are suitable for all ages!

During Playcentre Awareness Week centres around the country throw open their doors so anybody who wants to visit and experience playcentre can. Some centres will be having special events.
If you cannot make a visit during Playcentre Awareness Week, feel welcome to visit any time. New members are always welcome.
With over 420 centres throughout Aotearoa there is one near you.
