This critical Hutt organisation provides support for vulnerable members of our community. In this role you will be supporting the specialist crisis workers on an on-call basis. Ideally you will have outstanding communication skills, a high level of professionalism, ability to work in a high pressure environment, and a kind empathetic heart. This is a very challenging but equally rewarding opportunity. Full support and training will be provided to you.

They are looking for someone who is able to connect with younger people and guide them in the right direction. Please come along to Avalon Intermediate hall 5.30pm Thursday 25 October to celebrate the Hutt City Council earlier this year agree to pay their directly employed employees a Living Wage of $20.55.
A number of Faith groups, community organisations and unions within Hutt City are part of Living Wage Hutt Valley.
We are working very hard to ensure that a fair wage is paid to all workers within our City
Speakers, entertainment and food.
New Zealander of the year Kristine Bartlett will be there as will Hutt City Mayor & some councillors.
We have 8 healthy Asteslias ranging between about 1m to 1.7m in height.
They are free - but you will need to dig them out!
We would prefer one person to take all eight, but please message me if you are interested in collecting only some of them.
