Hi Neighbours,

For your kind information:
My publication, DREAMS OF GOD- BY M.A. JAIMY, is available now:

Thanks so much for your encouraging words and appreciation.

Some of you expressed your interest to know more about the book.

Please read the introduction to the book:

INTRODUCTION

Make miles of smiles with a simple step, smile. Just smile!

Dreams of God is a collection of 101 heart touching and life-transforming stories and discourses based on biblical teachings. Every story unfolds the streams of eternal truth; “Those who trust in the Lord for help will find their strength renewed. They will rise on wings like eagles; they will run and not get weary; they will walk and not grow weak” (Isaiah 40:3), and “They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in the year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”(Jeremiah 17:7-8)

Many times, God conveyed the messages to the people through dreams, and he guided them in the righteous path. Through the stories, God reveals his mind, when you make others’ life happier, you are making your life more meaningful and joyful. And God reminds every reader to be the fountain of hope and solace to all by bringing the feeling of joy and smiles to their faces with kind words and deeds of empathy. That is all that God dreams of you. Be the rays of light and be a blessing wherever you are, and make God's love visible to all.

Be convinced, “You can be ruined by the talks of the godless people, but the wisdom of the righteous can save you.”(Proverb11:9) Inspiring and life-changing messages at the end of each story reflect the convictions of St. Augustine, "Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever; and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow," and they challenge every reader with the heart touching thoughts of Mother Theresa, “Let no one comes to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.”

As it is mentioned, DREAMS OF GOD is a collection of 101 Heart Touching Stories and Discourses.

I would like to share the first story with you.

Please share it with your children and dear ones. Share this blessing with others!

01. IS THERE A GOD?

"The more I study science, the more I believe in God." Albert Einstein

Years ago, there lived an atheist. He believed in 'Coin Flipping'. According to him, the validity of a belief depended on the principle of ‘Coin Flipping’. Before making any decision or declaring any concept, he checked its validity by flipping the coin in the air. Usually, he tossed a coin in the air, and when it was in the air, he shouted, 'Heads'. If the coin landed on heads, then it was considered to be true.

He had many followers from all corners of the world. From different walks of life, people came to him with various questions, issues and doubts. He had answers for all their questions.

One day, a young man came to him and asked him a question, "Will it rain tomorrow?"

As usual, he took his coin and flipped it in the air. As it was in the air, he shouted, "If it lands on heads, it will rain." After landing the coin, he checked it and said, "No, it won't rain. Look, the coin has come up tails."

It was true, and it did not rain as he had forecast.

Many other people had various questions, and he followed the same method to predict the truth. All his predictions were reported to be true.

One day, a young religious man went to him with a question, "I want to know the truth. Is there a God?"

The man was so confused. He did not know what to answer. For a few minutes, he remained in silence. He looked so nervous, and he rubbed his forehead.

"Please come after a few days," he requested the young man.

"Do it now. Why should I wait for some other day?" the young man asked him. "I want to know the truth today."

The man was so reluctant to flip the coin, for he didn’t know what would happen. He was in a dilemma over how to tackle the issue.

But the people said, "Flip now. We too want to know the reality, whether there is God."

And he had no choice but to flip the coin in the air. He took the coin and flipped it so high with all his strength, and he shouted, "If it lands down there is no God, and if it remains in the air, there is God."

The young man was so amused to hear such a prediction, and he howled loudly and said, "What! What! If it lands down, there is no God, and if it remains in the air, there is God."

"What a foolish prediction!" some other people reacted.

As the coin was in the air, a 'curly dusty wind' blew strongly. Unfortunately, no one could see where the coin was.

"Where is the coin?" asked the people. They searched for it around. But they couldn't find it.

They all waited for a few minutes. "Where is the coin? Where is the coin?" the people shouted.

"In the air! Yes, in the air!" shouted the young religious man.

All the people looked above. And they looked above for a while.

And the man also looked above, and he said, "Yes, there is God!, Surely, there is God."

Afterwards, never did the man flip the coin again in his life. Later, he became a staunch believer in God, and he moved from place to place proclaiming God.

Thoughts for reflection

Does your failure to catch a fish in your net deny the reality there is fish in the sea?

Conviction: You can't reject the existence of a reality since you haven't experienced it.

How can a person deny the existence of white elephants since he or she has not yet seen them?

It is folly to say there is no white elephant since I have not seen it. To see the white elephants, I should open myself to that reality. I should search for it.

Remember always, all those who have searched God with a sincere heart have found God. Look ‘above’ with an ardent longing to experience God.

"My experience with science led me to God. They challenge science to prove the existence of God. Must we really light a candle to see the Sun?"

Wernher von Braun

I'd never want to cause one unnecessary pain or suffering, which is why we've chosen to manage pests in our home with traps. It's not ideal, but it's better - and safer - than poison. I've done a little research on humane, effective vermin control during the wet months, when they like to come in from the cold. Take a look:
