Their sauces are not just about heat. The hand picked chillies and perfectly balanced spices craft a deep, complex sauce that beautifully complements your meal - not overwhelming it with spice.

Hi neighbours,

How are you commemorating Anzac Day? What stories have been passed down through your whānau?

April 25 marks the 106-year anniversary of the Gallipoli landings, one of the most costly campaigns for the Allied Forces during World War I.

Anzac dawn and commemorative services up and down the country are scheduled to get underway after widespread cancellations last year, due to the nation being under Alert Level 4 restrictions.

The NZDF have advised of a reduced presence of military personnel at Anzac services due to deployment at MIQ facilities.

You can check out where the Anzac day services are on this interactive map on the RSA website.

Feel free and share your stories below and don't forget to type NFP if you don't want your comments used in The Hutt News.

"I was an unplanned pregnancy and brought to the SPCA to find a home.
I may look like a typical wild rabbit, but I can assure you I am not. My Mum was a domestic rabbit and super sweet. I am good with people I know, and am still young and still learning. I have an inquisitive nature and would love a home with people who will have me around them, either as a solely indoor rabbit, or mostly indoors. I will need a large outdoor area with a weatherproof hutch or shelter for days when the weather is nice. I will need to be inside as part of the family at night, so a hutch or area inside with you is important. I would also like a female rabbit for company, so if you have a lonely rabbit maybe we could be friends?

Old army hat

Lynette from Harbour View

I bought this old army hat in the Hutt for dress-up's over 20 years ago. With Anzac coming up next month, and not wanting to send it to another op shop, wondered where it would be best to take it. It never had a band on it, and doesn't appear to have any name. Any ideas where I should … View moreI bought this old army hat in the Hutt for dress-up's over 20 years ago.
