Covid-19 making fundraising tough for hospices
Hi Neighbourly folk. You would have seen an article in your local paper on Te Omanga Hospice. It is a really tough time for charities at the moment and hospices, like Te Omanga are struggling.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Public Transport fares face 70% increase..
Wellington region users says increases to public transport fares of more than 70 percent would be "ludicrous", and would lead to them working from home more often, or taking the car rather than the bus.
