For phone and internet disputes, talk to your provider first and give them a chance to sort it. If it remains unresolved or if you need some extra help, you can talk to TDR – your free and independent complaint service.

Waka Kotahi said Wellington's Terrace Tunnel is closed to traffic heading southbound, and warned commuters to "expect delays". Northbound lanes near the tunnel are partially blocked and moving slowly.
It's been said that a protester has glued their hands to the road and is needing assistance to be removed.
"Police advise motorists to avoid the area and expect delays."

They can be dropped off to the front porch of 23 Burnside Street Waterloo OR to St Peter and Paul's Church at 60 Knights Road (if open) OR you can call Monica on 021 2991138 to have any saleable shoes collected.
