Council is about to start discussing a range of options to tackle homelessness in Lower Hutt.
On Monday 25 March, its Policy and Regulatory Committee will consider ways to prevent homelessness and how to better respond to those who are without a home.

The first thing we’ll do is work on “elevator pitches” for both Consumers Anonymous and Transition Town Lower Hutt as a whole.
FYI: Consumers Anonymous is a support group for people who know they’re addicted to unnecessary consumption, but just can’t kick the habit. We meet monthly, usually on the fourth Tuesday, and discuss at least one major consumption topic. Facebook Event: www.facebook.com...
