Anyone missing a old dog which was happy to climb into my car with a young kid approx 16 yrs old whom claimed it was his. (Don't know what I was thinking). Dropped both dog and male kid off at Mobile Petrol Station (Plaza) where I knew/hoped there would be CCTV. Didn't feel right when I left.

The NZ Transport Agency says State Highway 10 at Kaeo is now open after it was closed due to flooding earlier in the day.
One lane is now open through the Mangamuka Gorge State Highway 1 south of Kaitaia.
