I suggest that the genuine ones will have good feedback from community posted here. If unsure seek more suitable connections, ask questions or phone others.

When I spoke to someone at the Council to see whether it was possible to purchase additional bins I was advised that this isn't possible right now, however, they will be open to feedback on this. So please, once you've been issued the bins and if you find them insufficient, give the Council feedback, either by phone, online or in person. Many thanks
