We chat for a few minutes about aspects of mindfulness, and then settle in to experience the feeling of bliss that comes from the extraordinary calm of a guided meditation. We hope you enjoy the serenity so much that you will spend time recreating that state at your leisure in the days between weekly meetings… and find bliss...any time you choose. The experience of a state of deep calm will positively affect your physical and mental health and well-being and is reported to leave you feeling better about pretty much everything.

It’s a good idea to do it regularly. Why?
Driving to Napier and back today I saw so many vehicles with undercarriages that were dragging detritus. Branches, a tennis racket (at least it looked like what was left of one) and stone guards.
It’s quite easy to lose your stone guard, if you are too low or go too fast over a speed bump, raised curb, pothole or other uneven surface. Not to mention the damage you can donor your exhaust pipe or sump.
And if you catch thick branches they can do damage as well. Let alone a tennis racket.
Give your under carriage a look. See what is there and what’s not supposed to be. Especially in wet and windy weather.

We did a photo shoot with them and I've been paying it off, it turns out I've overpaid them by quite a bit. Site is empty with a for lease sign and contact numbers for both HB and wlg are disconnected. I would have thought that they would have contacted customers especially as this was a special magical fairy photoshoot. I'm beyond pissed off about this. My next thought is paying the directors a personal visit to their address listed on the company's register website.
