I am living in a rental house for the last 8yrs and now the owners of the property have decided to sell the house. I was given notice to vacate the house by October.
Shower (No shower in bath) I had several falls in the bath in the past
Low maintenance garden or courtyard. Preferably one level with no steps.
Single access internal garage- so will be easy for me to walk into the house in carrying laundry or shopping
Pets friendly as my cats are litter trained and indoor cats (3) It is so hard looking for rental that will allow pets. My furr babies are the only family I have here. Is there no one out there that are compassion with pets?
I have always paid my rent on time over the years of living in rental property.
I am willing to pay up to $450 per week .
I don't have much time and need to move out by mid October.
