A fire investigator will return to the scene of a fire which saw black smoke bellowing over Frankton on Monday evening.
Fire and Emergency NZ shift commander Josh Pennefather said a fire in at a car wreckers yard on Ellis Street, Frankton was reported at 5.11pm.
