We have raised them since they were 1-day old chicks. One has become a rooster (Leghorn - full white) and the other one is a hen (Light Sussex). Unfortunately, we can't keep rooster but since both are really good mates and friendly to each other therefore we need both of them to be together.
They are around 3 months old, very healthy, and friendly.
