Welcome to this four bedroom character bungalow within a stunning country lifestyle with views of Mount Pirongia and only minutes to town. Enjoy the beautifully kept, private and landscaped gardens. Established amongst attractive gardens and specimen trees where you will enjoy the sound of native birdsong and visits from the likes of quails, pheasants, wood pigeons and Tui, just to name a few.

Enjoy plenty of garaging with an extra-large six car carport, plus a sizable 12m x 6m six car carpeted garage, so there is plenty of room for all your projects.

Grow your own veggies with the raised veggie garden beds and various fruit trees. There is also your very own bore and an option for rainwater, if required.

The house has four bedrooms with the fourth room currently being used as a media room. In addition, there is also a sunroom/office, a bathroom with a shower and bath, and two separate toilets, along with a separate laundry.

There is a separate formal lounge and spacious kitchen/dining area opening onto a large, newly oiled deck, facing Mount Pirongia.

This has been a smoke-free home and is heated by two heatpumps and is fully insulated with smoke alarms.

The house has just been commercially cleaned outside along with a hard surface treatment, so you are good to go.

Potential to add a second dwelling.

Awesome neighbours, relaxing country lifestyle with mountain views, birdsong, privacy, yet still close to town.

Your new home is ready to make memories with family and friends. Sadly, it’s time for us to downsize.
