I am writing this on behalf of our boarder who needs to find alternative accomadation asap as we are moving. He would prefer a rural property as he really appreciates a quiet lifestyle. He works and is a houseproud person. He would want a self contained place complete with kitchen of sorts and a bathroom. He is currently paying $250 here which includes power and internet. Since he works could you contact me in the first instance. He works in Te Rapa but would go as far as Cambridge etc. Many thanks Julie McGowan. 021 294 1377
