It is not easily noticed, only visible when traveling down the hill on the way to 4 Square shopping centre. Basically across from new student accommodation for Waikato University. This car has been there for at least a week now. I called 105, but nothing can be done until the registration is given. If somebody from the Council can perhaps investigate? Hopefully nothing sinister going on.
