people coming to help others need help too... accommodation needed

Barbara from Enderley

hi there.. does anyone know of a place to rent ?? 2 people need to move to the Hamilton area asap ... these 2 work tirelessly in volunteer roles for charity and are actually moving here to help develop a charity .. requirements; rural or very private, minimum of 2 bedrooms, ideally 3+ but they are realistic, double garage/workshop or shed, cat-friendly and a maximum of $400 a week, can't have too many steps and can't have the shower over the bath. Can anyone help these good, mature and responsible community minded people?? Spreading the word of their accommodation need would be so helpful... I can be contacted on 021 630090 Barbara

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?
