This programme uses creativity and art to help children to express themself, while feeling secure, and engaged with others. In our session we use arts therapy and gentle playful processes to explore themes around imagination, confidence, connection, and healthy self expression, in a supportive group environment. Then I was introduced to a Graeme Dingle Foundation programme for young people that need a boost in life. It helped me build my self-confidence and social skills.
We were paired with a mentor, my mentor Tony believed in me like no one else. Because of him I stayed in school, went to university and now have a full time job.
