Then I was introduced to a Graeme Dingle Foundation programme for young people that need a boost in life. It helped me build my self-confidence and social skills. We were paired with a mentor, my mentor Tony believed in me like no one else. Because of him I stayed in school, went to university and now have a full time job.

In our session we use arts therapy and gentle playful processes to explore themes around imagination, confidence, connection, and healthy self expression, in a supportive group environment. This programme is run by two registered clinical art therapists. If your child is outside the age bracket please discuss with us as there may be capacity.
