Thinking, “I want some of that”, he began a musical journey that would eventually see him win the 2025 Six60 scholarship.

The Six60 scholarship package for McMorran includes a rent rebate to the value of $10,000 for tenancy at 660 Castle Street, full access to the university’s recording studio, and mentorship and guidance from members of Six60.

On Monday, in response to Waikato Times queries, the city council said that in June-August 2023 there were 9588 delegates attending business events at Claudelands, and 8829 in the same period this year.⁠
