The purpose of the care labelling consumer information standard is to make sure that:
• consumers are aware of the method and cost of caring for textile products when they are buying them
• a cleaner can confidently use the information to take care of the textiles
• the textile’s life is not shortened by inappropriate care information or no information
• the textile is not damaged or destroyed by inappropriate care.
It is illegal to supply textile goods that do not comply with this standard and the regulations.
The regulations set out the types of textile goods covered by the standard and what parts of the standard apply to New Zealand.
The standard sets out the words, terms and symbols to use on a label to show the correct way to care for textile goods, including dry-cleaning and washing.
The regulations are issued under section 27 of the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Who do the regulations apply to?
Any person supplying, offering to supply or advertising the supply of new textiles, that require care labelling information, must comply with the regulations. Any person includes retailers, importers, distributors and manufacturers.
Types of supply include textile goods for sale in a shop, on internet auction sites, at markets or stalls or in craft shops.
What textile items have to be labelled with care information?
The care labelling standard contains more details and requirements, some of which are very technical. You should read both the regulations and the standard to make sure you understand all the labelling requirements.

But of situation here.
I got one of those "grumpy old man" neighbour who is a bit abusive, grumpy, f words to every sentence (he is a pakeha).
Examples of what he's done...
Two years ago he called me names in front of my 7yo kids because I was giggling when he told me I should cut my tree down because the leaves were going to his gutter and driveway.
Two weeks ago he cut the wire that holds my clothes line and it was wrapping around the fence post. Rather than talking to me to remove the wire he decided to cut it. That wire had been there for ages way before I bought the house he never complained about it. When I asked him why he had done it, he gave me the finger telling me to "get f'ed" and "keep my f* stuff in my side of the fence"
Anywho.... One other neighbour told me yesterday he saw the Grumpy neighbour inside my property looking along the fence between both houses.
He shouldn't be there to start. It's my property. He didn't do anything around. Nothing had been handled or moved. But he was there....
My question ... Is it possible to get a trespass order from police without evidence?
I really don't want to have to deal with the neighbour. Don't want to talk to him.
What's the best I can do to make sure he will not step inside my property?
I can't prove anything at this stage. I got No videos or photos.
Thanks in advance
Rod

They're so simple, and you could use them throughout the year with different plants or flowers inside.
1. Remove labels from glass jars. Sweetree honey or Pasta sauce jars seem to work well as they have a curved base and fit the bottlebrush nicely.
2. Collect flowers and cut to length. Please be mindful these flowers provide food for wildlife and just collect a few. Place flower in the jar with top pointing down.
3. Fill the jar on a flat surface with cold tap water as close to top as possible (keep a towel handy). Screw on the lid as tightly as possible.
4. Dry the jar and turn upside down. Water needs to be changed when cloudy. The flowers last really well submerged, around 3-4 weeks. The jar can be decorated with ribbon if you prefer.
