Peacefully at Metlifecare Retirement Village, Palmerston North, on Thursday 6 April 2023, in his 88th year and 59th year of priesthood. Son of the late Patrick and Lilian Lloyd. Respected and loved priest of the Archdiocese of Wellington and Diocese of Palmerston North. Much loved by his family, friends, and parishioners. Vigil prayers will be held at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, 197 Broadway Ave, Palmerston North, on Wednesday 12 April at 7.00pm. The Funeral Mass will also be celebrated at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit, on Thursday 13 April at 12.00 noon, thereafter to the interment at Kelvin Grove cemetery, Palmerston North.
