Passed away peacefully at Iona Enliven Care Home, Oamaru on Saturday, May 20, 2023. Aged 87 years. Dearly love wife of the late Des. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Bronwyn (deceased), Stuart and Elaine, Philip and Georgina, Peter and Rebecca, and Alister. Loved Grandma of Michael, Sarah, Richard, Katherine, Alice, Ben, Isaac, Zoe, Gareth, Callum, and Meredith. Loved Granny the great to Ruby, Timothy, Luke, Emmett, Ella, and Blake. No flowers by request but a donation to (Motor Neurone Disease) MND New Zealand, PO Box 240366, Royal Oak Auckland 1345, would be appreciated or may be left at the service. A service for Val will be held in the Orwell Street Chapel, 30 Orwell Street, Oamaru, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, at 2.00pm.
