Peacefully, on Monday, April 3, 2023, in her 96th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Bill, cherished mother and mother-in-law of Susan*, Rohan and Jenny, Anne-Marie and Struan McCrostie, Lisa and Shane Thompson, and Zella Downing, adored Nana of her grandchildren, Zelia, Zack, and Zeb; Megan, Sarah, and Joe; Bobby and David; and her 4 great-grandchildren. Following a private family mass and interment, a joyful celebration of Claire’s life will be held at the Riversdale Community Centre, Newcastle Street, on Wednesday, April 12, at 2.00pm.
