We would like to sell the automatic chemical regulator (Chemigem), pool equipment, cover, and chemicals. A pool contractor could extract the equipment and install it at a fraction of the price of new. If you don't have a cover for your pool - it makes a big difference collecting solar energy during the day, reducing evaporation, and retaining heat at night.
Mostly we would like to re-home the cover, vacuum, chemicals. But on the off chance someone can extract the pool equipment we'd like to hear from you.

24" frameset. Frame, forks, headset. Colour blue. Includes fenders or mudguards, stand, and seat post.

Headset is in good condition, working very well. Paint in fine condition, over all a nice frameset. And 24" is really difficult to find, so if you need a 24" frameset, then this is the one for you.

The fenders, mudguards, are homemade since again 24" is basically impossible to find. They are aluminium and in good condition. Look really good.

Stand is fine, and I've included the seatpost since they are difficult to find in the correct diameter.

Pick it up from Burnside.

Police are being called to Christchurch’s bus interchange at least once a day, new data shows.

Terry Hao, owner of the Muffin Break inside the interchange, said police used to be there “pretty much every day”, but the situation had been improving since the Christchurch City Council became the owner in 2019. “It's a lot safer now.”

Hao said the police often came to see if there was any trouble with kids and teenagers congregating.

A council spokesman said “alternative solutions” were being offered to people who congregate at the interchange but do not use the buses. Read more here.

Thanks to the brave and quick actions of these members of the public (pictured centre and centre right) – an offender who was trying to make a getaway after stealing money from a Henderson dairy was stopped and swiftly arrested. 👏

Earlier this month, one of the owners of the store was working behind the counter when a man entered the store and demanded money.

He walked behind the counter to the cash register and took a large sum of money, but the owner very quickly managed to activate the anti-theft smoke canon and the offender fled the shop.

Seeing what happened, the members of the public chased the offender and caught him, holding him until Police arrived soon afterwards.

He was then arrested and taken into custody.

A 40-year-old man has been charged with theft and was due to appear in the Waitakere District Court last week.

The money taken was returned to the dairy owners (pictured on the left), who were very grateful to those who stepped in to help.

A great result and example of people going above and beyond to look out for people in their local community.

Any activities or places to eat and drink you can recommend in the area would also be much appreciated.
