We will need at least 3 bedroom but 4 rooms would be great in the Papanui high school zone. Also a yard with a garage for the car is essential. We do have an 8 year old rescue tabby cat, she is well behaved. Our current owners are happy to give references and can vouch for our cat. I work at cotswold preschool and Nursery and our kids go to cotswold school and casebook intermediate. Please if you have a rental property in the area get in touch.
