The New Zealand Kiwis, the Great Britain Rugby League Lions, Papua New Guinea Kumuls and Fiji Bati will be in action in the Garden City on November 9.
The first game of the doubleheader sees Oceania Cup Pool B rivals Fiji Bati and Papua New Guinea Kumuls play. Followed by historical rivals the Kiwis and the Great Britain Rugby League Lions battle it out for supremacy in their final Test match against each.

I'm sorry the photos are so bad, I was having to use a torch in one hand and my phone in the other. I also know you're not supposed to feed random cats but it looked so thin that I had a moment of weakness so I'm sorry for that too! Kitty was also quite dirty, there was fur ALL over the street this morning (I'm on Dunluce Place) and when I patted this cat this evening I could feel all the scratches on it's skin so I'm assuming that the fur belongs to this kitty. Fur was also very thin over its whole back (you can see a patch by it's shoulders in the photos). It's a gingery tabby with white front and back legs, a white face and black nose and has curly hair on the back of it's back legs with a very fluffy tail. PLEASE if this is your cat or you recognise it can you let me know because I'm really worried about him/her!

MetService has issued heavy snow warnings for much of Canterbury and Marlborough, and parts of Central Otago, from Tuesday evening until Wednesday afternoon, advising that snow will fall as low as 200 metres causing problems for travellers and farmers.
Below 200m, sleet and heavy rain may also be a problem for Christchurch and parts of Banks Peninsula on Wednesday morning.
Heavy snow may disrupt travel in affected areas and could damage trees and powerlines. Cold conditions may cause stress for livestock.
MetService meteorologist Peter Little told Stuff New Zealanders needed to prepare for a shock.

Its is an Emil … View moreOur Grand Mother is moving into a rest home and has decided to part ways with the piano which has been in the family since the early 1900's as I understand. It was her Mother's piano, which she used to entertain groups of people in a Kaiapoi dance hall many years ago. Its is an Emil Ascherberg upright piano from Dresden, Germany. Very good condition but needs a tune up. Must be picked up (Avonhead area) by this Thursday due to new owner taking occupancy of the house.
