South City has seen recent departures of big name tenants including The Warehouse, which closed late last year, and McDonald’s, which left the food court last month.
Work is under way now to refit the Durham St end of the mall by the Chemist Warehouse store for new tenancies.
One will be a Cotton On megastore, an outlet of the Australian fashion retailer.

Many have been underweight, overweight or obese; others were people of average weight yet suffered with an obsession with food.
