Come and join us at Culture Galore this Saturday - 22nd Feb 12-4pm
Culture Galore is an annual event at Ray Blank Park celebrating Christchurch’s diverse ethnic culture in a family atmosphere.
There will be stage performances, activities and a range of food stalls. Event entry and activities are free . As well as all this fabulous entertainment , 2 of our wonderful volunteers will be there manning the CAB stall so why not say hello. If you are looking to get into volunteer then look no further ! We are currently recruiting for volunteers for our North and City Branches. Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
