I would be happy to remove it free of charge!

We wonder if there’s anyone out there who would like to step in and complete it to their own taste. It’s an attractive site with established trees (975 sq metres) and the house is 5 bedrooms (170 sq metres). It’s suitable for an extended family or it could be great for someone who wanted to rent out rooms to help pay off the mortgage. If you, or any of your friends or family are looking to buy in South New Brighton, you are very welcome to call me 0212098946 and pop in to see if it’s something you could be interested in.

2017 is nearly done, 2018 is coming in hot. This New Years we want to know what your resolutions are in your community. Are you thinking of starting a new club? Want to encourage volunteering? Got something you want to share with you neighbours? What do you want where you live?
I'm sure not … View more2017 is nearly done, 2018 is coming in hot. This New Years we want to know what your resolutions are in your community. Are you thinking of starting a new club? I'm sure not eating as much sugar is a noble pursuit, but we want to see goals which better your whole community (not just your waistline).
We really want to know because we want to share your resolutions this year so that at the end of it we can check back in and see how it went. How you made a difference in your community.
Let us know your Community Resolution by emailing matthew.salmons@fairfaxmedia.co.nz and we'll be in touch.
HAPPY NEW YEARS!
