Situated well within the reach of beneficial amenities, the location within the named “suburb to watch”, affords endless options for both daily necessities and weekend entertainment. Meticulously crafted and tastefully prepared for your immediate comfort, this home affords you to live your life separate from home maintenance worries. Multiple decking additions, installation of double glazing and full insulation, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and with a lengthy list of completed and unique features throughout kitchen, living, beds and bath, the attractiveness is easily defined. Have you thought about what you are going to do with your four legged companions? Any decent cattery will be full by now for the Christmas/New year break. The best place for your pets while you are away is your place. I can pop in and feed/medicate/entertain and clean up after them each day. I'm trained in animal care and have years of experience working in the pet boarding industry. I charge a similar (if not cheaper) price to catteries. Check out my facebook page, or give me a call on 0210512307 to arrange a free previsit to discuss how we can let your pet enjoy the holidays while you are away. I've looked after cats, dogs, rabbits, chinchillas, birds, turtles, fish, chickens etc etc. Dogs usually need company, so they would be better off with friends or in a kennel if its more than a few days.

Hi everyone

As you all know I am the artist on the corner of Mackenzie and Hopkins in gallery@109. Last year, and part of this I had a big show of 50 works titled 'Somme/Silk Road' on exhibition at the QEII National Army Museum in Waiouru. I then created a further suite of works using the same inspiration (the silk cards made during WW1 in France and Belgium) which I titled 'We'll be home by Christmas'. I turned two of those cards into printed Christmas cards (see images below) which I sold last Christmas and am again selling packs of 12 (6 of each, although I can make up packs of only one image should you like) of these from the studio and also from Aum Dairy on Hopkins Street.

So for $15 (GST incl) a pack you get 12 unique Christmas cards and envelopes. All in time for your Christmas mail out.

Created here in Woolston/Roimata, please support your community and your local artist.

You can email me through here or txt me on 027 2748158 to reserve some for later pick up.

I am open most weekends from 2-4pm and have a new hang of works leading up to Christmas, so call in and have a look at what's being created locally. I also have a 10% down and nine months to pay system in place.

Cheers
David Woodings
