Papanui High School is running a Furniture Polishing and Restoration class where students will learn the basics of stripping, sanding and repolishing their own items of furniture. This is a hands on course and students will need to bring an item of furniture eg a chair, coffee table, nest of tables, tea wagon etc to work on. The course is being taught by Mike Fullen from Seatons French Polishers and will be held at Papanui High School on Saturday 8 & Sunday 9 September 9 am - 4 pm both days the course fee is $203 and includes the cost of materials.
