You can come along and pay $60 commitment bond which you get back at the end of the challenge if you complete all classes or $60 for the challenge including post workout nutrition. Classes run Monday 10am and 6pm and Thursday 6pm, Friday 10am. Children are welcome, and classes are suitable for all age types/fitness levels. Classes include fitness/boxfit and the challenge entitles you to 2 classes a week (can attend more if you'd like for $7.50 includes post workout nutrition)

Christmas is approaching fast and I thought we could do something as a community to ‘give back’ to others in our area who find this time of year tough. With the recent earthquakes around the country we’ve seen how important neighbours are for helping one another get through difficult times.
During November/December you’re invited to deliver non-perishable food items or new and second hand gifts to 3/70 king street , Sydenham If you’d like to participate, please reply to this message to let me know or drop off to the addess above
After collecting the items, I’ll arrange for the donations to be received by chch survivors who will coordinate food parcels for people needing extra support within the group and other families in the community.

The Council no longer provides public car parking on Hagley Park sports fields during events. This summer the fields at Carlton Mill Corner will undergo an upgrade to improve their quality and usability for sport. As a result parking on these fields is no longer permitted.
If you are planning to attend an event in Hagley Park there are a few ways to get there.
