My 10 month old son didn't sleep until 2am because their music was so loud it rattled the windows. Noise control wasn't much help until the very last time I called at 3am. Even a simple knock on the door explaining there will be a party or a note with a phone number for any problems would have been good we could have texted to ask the music to be turned down. In the end noise control issued a $700 fine.
