We can get phone calls but have problems with texts.
Problem:
1. I send them a text but they don't get them - all they get is a "beep"? (in their words)
2. They send me a text which I receive, no problem but they don't get my reply!
Of course I can text a new message to say I received it and reply but why is this I wonder?
Whew, hope that doesn't sound too convoluted and thanks for any enlightenment.
And yes, I have checked with my service provider and I'm all good with send/receive .......
Strange ...... seems random cos I have no problems with receiving/sending to other 021 numbers.
