Have you ever wondered why there aren’t many Asians in movies or T.V shows but the ones that appear on screen occasionally only play the stereotyped “Asian” roles?
Future Dragonz Christchurch is proud to present “Asians on Screen: the Final Frontier", proudly supported by the New Zealand Film Commission.
We are thrilled to have award winning New Zealand actress and playwright Alice Canton and Raymond Suen from the NZ Film Commission to discuss the awkward, confusing and downright hilarious questions around Asian representation in theatre and screen.
We will have free nibbles and would love to see you there and hear your thoughts.

We're looking for community leaders, inspiration mentors, the driving force behind a vege-growing food bank or someone who is beautifying their town or restoring wasteland.
