I will kick off this debate about bringing them back.
Question if they brought the glass bottle back would you genuinely use the service, remember you have to be home to put your bottles out, you have to wash your bottles, there is the problem of theft if you put cash out. Which means you have to buy tokens from the milkman or dairy. Lots of against options for bringing them back. BUT the reasons for bringing them back. Recycling, no more plastic. Glass is better than plastic, more jobs for people delivering the milk. Fresh milk every day. Ok now for it.
I WILL SUPPORT THIS if they bring milk delivery in glass bottles back.
How many more are for or against it

The Christchurch City Council wants all staff, including those in council-controlled companies, to be paid the living wage within three years. The living wage is currently $20.55 per hour. Is this a good plan?

Roger Halls Sparkling Comedy Social Climbers
What do you call six women stranded on a mountain in the rain: ridiculous! Or you could call them social climbers … but just not to their faces! Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.

Once at the hut, not only do they unload their packs full of food, wine, and a souvenir rock; their hang-ups get unloaded as well.
Torrential rain and a flooded bridge keep them stranded for three days. What they get up to, to help pass the time, raises a few eyebrows and will have you laughing, tearing up and applauding enthusiastically as they bare all.
Of course, it’s not just souls that are exposed, there’s a little nudity, a cracking thunderstorm, explosions, screaming bloody murder, ghostly stories, a birthday celebration, a séance, a drunken party, confessions, meltdowns and revelations that will keep you and your friends entertained throughout.
Perfectly timed for your own social group’s ascent into summer, don’t miss this hilarious play when it comes to a town near you in November.

The area leased included the tennis and netball courts, which the group planned to relay and cover with a Canadian built $1.3 million kit-set canopy. The first of its kind in New Zealand.
The majority of public submissions during consultation in May were in support of the idea, only seven out of 62 being against. Five submissions supported the idea but expressed concern about reduced public access to the tennis courts.

I am looking for childcare for my three boys aged 12, 10 and 6 years old after school. They need to be picked up from two different schools, one is Chisnalwood and the other one in Merivale called Elmwood on Aikmans. This person needs to have a full license please. I will pay starting at 2.30pm when you would leave your house to pick the first one. I will need you to stay with them till 5.30pm when I get home from work . This is only at the moment for September starting 3rd September and onto 28th September. I need you Monday-Friday. The pay will be $18/hour. We do have a furry four legged puppy at home too, so it will not suit anyone who is scared or allergic to dogs.
You will need to help with a bit of homework and reading at home with them. Make sure they are changed and their lunch boxes put away and they have a small snack. You will need to know how to cut fruits for snacks:)
Please contact me at the earliest and come and see me and the boys at our home on Bottle lake drive. My phone number is 02722409999.
Thanks heaps,
Kusumit

Under the proposed legislation, police will be given the power to fine individual clampers up to $1000 and a company up to $5000 for breaking the rules. These fines increased to $3000 and $15,000 respectively if the matter ended up in court. Read the full story here.
