He arrived home this afternoon and promptly received a phone call from a small business with no lights, and needing to open for evening service.
Our policy is no household or business should ever go without power, lighting or hot water 24/7 so after dropping his bags, and giving everyone including the dogs a quick kiss he was out the door for a few more hours.
Luckily one small takeaway shop was able to open for business!
Remember if its urgent we can help 24/7.
