This super easy three ingredient organic body scrub smells and feels so amazing that it will make your mum feel like she’s spent the day at a luxury spa! Coconut oil has so many applications as a natural beauty ingredient, not only is it ultra-hydrating and leaves your skin glowing, it also has antibacterial properties to help prevent breakouts and heal wounds quickly. Finely ground pink Himalayan salt is great at exfoliating and cleanings the skin and rose essential oil assists in toning, firming, and lifting the skin.
Ingredients:
•1 tablespoon of room temperature coconut oil
•2 Tablespoons of finely ground pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
•3-4 drops of rose organic essential oil (available at your local pharmacy)
Simply whisk these three ingredients together with a fork, for a ready-to-use scrub! Use on hands, feet, arms and legs. Store and present in an airtight jar.

2. Change your cooking habits: Eat fresh veges instead of cooking. Using the oven for an hour a night can add $20 to your monthly power bill.
3. Use curtains to trap heat in: Let the sun heat your home during the day then close your curtains to stop the warmth escaping in the evening.
4. If you’re away, turn the hot water cylinder off: You can save up to $36 on your power bill if you switch your hot water cylinder off while away on weekends.
5. Make the most out of your FREE Hour of Power: Utilise power deals like Electric Kiwi’s free Hour of Power, which gives you one off peak hour of free power a day. Use this hour to heat your home, turn on the dishwasher, or run the washing machine and dryer.

Hi can anyone use this Home Theatre System. I think the disc drive is dodgy which is why it was replaced, but I imagine that you could add a $50 blu ray player and be away (or fix it if you are a techy). The speakers are all good too. There appears to be a few people experiencing dogs go missing atm and we have been noticing the same car is involved:
Update: The owner of a Silver late 90s sports wagon, Altezza last seen trying to pick him up, if you have him please call us ASAP
The driver is a woman with blonde wavy hair. It has also been seen with two men one with silver hair and another with dark skin.
Two dogs are missing currently one dog has ended up in the vet very sick possibly poisoned??
The areas were redwood, Northwood, bishopdale, belfast and proctor street papanui.
If you see a car of this description please take a photo on yr phone, write down the registration number plate and let me know straight away so I can put it in the file to take with all the evidence to police.
There has also been another sighting of another light coloured hatch back up a driveway talking to dogs registration sy77793. So keep an eye out for any suspicious activity with that one too.
Many thanks.
