Completed last week in Oxford this system is using 12 x 270w Trina panels and a SolaX X1 Boost grid tied inverter. This will generate around 4,212kWh per year, but in the event of a power cut the homeowner will still have no power.
Another great job installed by our guys Shane and Sam.

Pay It Forward
Nanogirl believes that science is for everyone, and the Nanogirl Labs team work hard to ensure that tickets to our Nanogirl Live! events are affordable. Despite those efforts, for some New Zealanders, theatre shows like this are still very special events that do not fit within the family budget.
Through our 'Pay-It-Forward' programme, you can help make science and engineering accessible for everyone. For every 'Pay-It-Forward' ticket you purchase, you enable someone who would not otherwise have had the chance to see this live science spectacular to come along. Only available via the Regent Theatre box office.

We found out that some participants have some pretty wacky costume ideas like; ‘Donald Trump', ‘an inflatable flamingo’ a ‘popcorn vendor’ and ‘grumpy grannies’. Comment below with what you'll be dressing up as this year!

This very short video from the Diet Doctor, is informative. There are things each of us can do to improve our health. Often quite simple things, when we know what to do.

A house is more than bricks and mortar and a community is more than a boundary on a map; both are full of memories and comfortable connectedness. If your parent is having a tough time making ends meet, but don’t want to sell their home to fund the things they need or want, consider talking to them about releasing some equity in their home with a Heartland Reverse Mortgage.

If you find this interesting, the eight workshops I'm running over the next two weeks will be even more useful to you. It would be helpful if you book for the workshops, but you don't need too. Just turn up and bring a friend.
