Flow2Glow combines flow/power/restorative yoga. This is for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. You simply modify the movements to do what feels best for you. Connect core/body strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, breathing techniques into this practice. This class is an excellent all-rounder for your mind, body & soul. It’s a lovely light and bright space and if it’s a nice day, we can do yoga in the park. Stay for a cheap and cheerful cuppa and cake at cafe after and enjoy some community connections.

Phil Mauger and Aaron Keown have submitted a notice of motion for of next week’s council meeting, asking staff to complete their kerbside waste collection review so separating glass could be considered as part of the 2022-23 annual plan.
Mauger said it was important for “glass out” to be included, so ratepayers could have a say on what happens to their glass.
“Most people in Christchurch believe if they place a glass bottle in their yellow bin, then it will be recycled into a bottle again. But that isn’t the case.
