My concerned questions are 1 if john key as prime minister can change the spy bill to please himself, surely the government can change the 20 year old water rights law. 2.. Water restrictions this summer, Is the water bottling plant going to have the same restrictions that the local people have. 3. This is theft of our water and a social injustice. 4. i will not be obeying any water restrictions whatsoever if this ludicrous plant continues.

Have you stayed away from the central city, either deliberately or because the transport isn't there? Why? Do you know someone who has chosen or hasn't been able to visit?
