Maybe it's time to realise that you're never going to use that snowboard or ski jacket, and that you really do have one too many heaters. Whatever it is, take a picture and put it on Neighbourly for locals to see.

Vitamin C helps to boost immune system function so that the duration and severity of a viral infection is shortened and the risk of developing a secondary bacterial infection is reduced.
In practical terms, using Vitamin C for infections works best if you take it at the onset of a viral illness, when you get the first niggles or symptoms, rather than waiting until you feeling significantly ill.
During an infection the dose of Vitamin C that is usually recommended is that of a ‘bowel tolerance’ approach. This may be 500 mg to 1000mg every hour or so until loose stools develop.
Keep a Vitamin C supplement at home so that if you feel like you are coming down with a viral infection you can start Vitamin C immediately.

The money is part of a three-year, $4 billion road maintenance spend announced by Transport Minister Simeon Brown on Thursday.
About half will go towards state highways, with the rest destined for local roads.
In 2018, Christchurch was dubbed the pothole capital of the country, after it was revealed the city council had spent significantly more than other councils on road repairs, which it blamed on harsh winters and post-quake roadworks pushing traffic onto roads unaccustomed to heavy traffic loads.
