Ok so We live in Vickery St.. I walk our Labrador regularly & so does my son walk his 2 labs regularly AND we ALWAYS bring bags with us to collect our doggy-doos.. Someone left this on our front lawn today!!! (Pic). I usually notice who walks past BUT alas not today🤬😡
