We have got so busy with the business, becoming 7 days a week by the time we do paperwork and Shan working away plugging a gap in Grey Hospital that our house has been very neglected.

We are looking for a housekeeper to clean 2 bathrooms, vacum wash floors and dust. Must be non smoker (our daughter is a asthmatic) and be confident with big dogs as we have 2, in the papanui area.

While the business is run from home there may be times you need to let yourself in and clean hence complete confidence with the dogs is a must.

Our property is also covered by security cameras ..we like to be above board and make sure people know this prior to starting wk.

If you feel you could help us out please message or text 021 217 2382

Thanks
Shan and Patrick

To be honest, most people are. When we consider purchasing insurance products to protect our futures such as life, disability or health products, most people want to understand what is available, don't know where to start and how much would it will cost.

What holds peoples curiosity back though? There are many reasons which may include thinking they don't need protection, they are going to be "locked" into buying a product by making an enquiry, think they can't afford it or it all just becomes too hard and consuming that they give up.

Get in contact with me today (027 819 7713 or kyle.mcelwain@resure.co.nz) to learn how you can satisfy your curiosity on personal risk insurance while learning why you may need cover, understand the purchasing journey and let me do the work for you.

I have a 1m Ku band satellite dish to give away, free. You pick up from Bryndwr/Fendalton.
The dish is a much larger version of what a Sky TV dish looks like. Being larger than a Sky dish, it gives more reliable and better quality Satellite TV pictures. It CANNOT be used to get free Sky TV!
A cheap (~$70.00) set top box satellite TV receiver is available on www.ebay.com... or www.aliexpress.com....

We have been able to watch or access over 400 satellite TV channels from all over the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific region in English and many other languages.
Many Satellite TV channels are completely free of any cost or subscriptions. It also provides ALL the New Zealand Freeview channels free of charge from the OPTUS D1 satellite. Also ideal for your caravan or motor home. Watch full TV High Definition (HDTV) ANYWHERE even in NZ terrestrial TV fringe or 'outback' or bush areas.
A satellite TV dish mounting and support bracket is also included free of charge as well as a Ku Band LNB free.
The dish has been out in the weather lately and it'll just need a quickie squirt of surface anti-rust paint but is otherwise perfectly O.K.
With NO obligation to do so, some installation advice is possible though we have no commercial or pecuniary interest in selling or installing dishes. I am/was a satellite DVBS hobbyist.
Regards, Robert.

The South Island's first shopping mall opened on Riccarton Rd in 1965.

Christchurch property manager Reuel Livingstone developed the concept for Riccarton Mall from shopping centres in Australia. His new, self-contained shopping centre included 66 stores and parking for 600 cars. Many property purchases and building additions, and with the new name of Westfield, it is still one of New Zealand's leading malls.

At first, almost surrounded by houses and vacant sections, it now covers the block bounded by Riccarton Rd and Matipo, Maxwell and Rotherham streets.

We don't have a current aerial photo of the mall, but the second photo attached below shows the mall in 2012 and how much the landscape had changed since the 1960s.
