Short Description
Telephone and Face to Face Interviewer to provide free and confidential advice to everyone. Take the time to listen and equip clients with the information, options and support that fit their needs.
Detailed Description
It's all about the client - Our Volunteer Interviewers say: "I feel good about helping others", "I make a difference", "I learn things myself too".
It takes a team of trained Volunteers who give at least 3 hours a week of their skills, time and knowledge. We offer clients information to enable them to make informed decisions on anything from consumer rights, work conditions, neighbour disputes to relationship issues. There’s certainly never a dull moment .
Full training and support provided.

Look for the ECO symbol and put it in the green bin.
All other packaging goes into the red bin.
The ECO symbol means "Event Compostable Only" – make sure you bin it at the event, and not at home.
On Wednesday 8th February between 6pm and 7am Thursday all buses travelling towards the city or Eastgate will detour away from part of Ferry Rd while road works are carried out at night. HPV-related cancers take a long time to develop, the viruses are mostly transmitted by teenagers and young adults but often aren’t diagnosed until later. That’s why it’s important for children to be immunised when they are young. Around 80% of people will be exposed to HPV at some point in their life. Protecting children before they are exposed to HPV will protect their health in the future.
